Nutrition plays an essential role in preventing, developing, and managing diagnosed mental health problems such as depression, anxiety, mood disorders and even autism. Furthermore, deficiency in essential nutrients is strongly connected with developing eating disorders such as anorexia and bulimia nervosa. However, food is just one piece of the puzzle; your mind-fuel is the other crucial part, that is why coaching sessions are a critical part!

As Holistic Nutritionist, We will work together to find out the foods and supplements your body and brain love the most to be balanced and reduce or eliminate (when possible) your health concerns. I want to help you feel great and recover your energy and well-being to achieve the best life. Eating the right foods can improve your mood energy levels and even boost your IQ! When we give the body the necessary ingredients to function correctly, everything starts to work better, and as a result, you feel better! Together we build an action plan that works for your body and lifestyle. It is not about a diet plan or calories counting; it is about achieving the best mental and physical health in the long term.

As a Life Coach, I will support you in your self-discovery journey to find out patterns and habits that may be on the way to your goals and dreams. Together, we will explore your feelings and emotions; we will go into the body through embodiment exercises to help you connect deeply beyond the thinking mind.

  • Holistic health assessment – exploring current and past health concerns to know and understand you better (from the forms received per email)

+ Ongoing support via email once a week for any questions or struggles you may experience until our subsequent follow-up appointments.



The goal: 

  • The primary purpose of this consultation is to review your progress and make changes if needed.

What to expect:

  • A scheduled 45 minutes consultation
  • Progress examination
  • We actively work on your struggles, likes and dislikes to find an alternative way to achieve your long term goals.

The Coaching Pack

The goal:

  • A safe, private and non-judgemental space for you to be yourself and create better inner dialogue.
  • An opportunity to get to know yourself deeper and explore your body wisdom.
  • A place to talk freely about any topic.

What to expect:

  • A scheduled 50-minute session.
  • Exploring the topic/goal/outcome you choose to bring to each session.
  • Embodiment exercises and breathing techniques to turn into the body wisdom; usually, the answers we seek come from within.
    + Ongoing support in developing an action plan integrating your thinking mind and body wisdom.
