About Me
As a neurodivergent woman who has experienced mental health struggles, including an eating disorder and anxiety, I understand the pain and frustration that can arise from not knowing how to help yourself. I’ve been there myself, caught in the trap of obsessing over exercise and dieting, believing they held the keys to my happiness. However, in reality, they only left me feeling empty and unfulfilled.
My lack of self-awareness and tools to manage difficult emotions led to two burnouts that forced me to step back and reevaluate my priorities. It was a challenging and humbling experience, but it ultimately helped me recognize that genuine well-being and happiness stem from caring for both your mind and body, not punishing them.
This profound wake-up call inspired me to become a Somatic Coach and extend a helping hand to others struggling with their mental health and their relationship with food. I firmly believe in adopting a holistic approach to wellness that focuses on nurturing the mind and body. By doing so, we can uncover long-term solutions and empower individuals to live their best lives, finding a sense of balance and contentment they may have thought was out of reach.

My frustration with the mental health treatment
Unfortunately, the hospital’s treatment was far from being enough. Yes, I did get therapy and medication, but that was everything I got. Nobody told me how much lifestyle changes, natural supplementation, embodiment exercises, meditation, and movement could do for my mental health. I was lucky to find a holistic practitioner that changed my life and supported me with tools to change my Mind-Diet!
But how many young people are stuck with medication without not knowing the many free tools they can implement to improve their mental and physical health? Unfortunately, too many. I have always had a strong desire to help others. Still, it was only after making peace with my issues that I truly understood the difference that holistic health can make in someone’s life. I noticed profound changes in my mood, motivation and energy when choosing the nutrition my body and mind were cravings for such a long time.
The worst bullies you will ever encounter in your life are your thoughts.

The healing journey
My journey towards healing was not just about changing what I ate, but also changing the way I thought and felt about myself and the world around me. While nutrition was a critical first step, I soon realized that I needed to address the negative beliefs and thought patterns that were holding me back from true wellness.
Changing my “Mind-Diet” was by far the most challenging and rewarding part of my healing journey. I came to understand that we can’t achieve lasting change without first addressing the mental and emotional junk food that we consume. By focusing on our mind fuel, we can transform our habits, mindset, and beliefs, ultimately leading to a healthier, more fulfilling life.
Today, I am grateful to be living a healthy and fulfilling life, and I am committed to helping others do the same. Whether you are just starting your healing journey or have been struggling for years, I am here to meet you where you are and help you achieve your goals.
